Lightning Books – I’m being followed
Second single by Lightning Books, the band of Amsterdam-based, Irish musician Dave O’Riordan.
Mix+mast at IJland, home recorded by the artists.
With contributions from a rotating cast of musicians, Lightning Books combines the lush orchestration of folk music from artists like Leonard Cohen, Nick Drake or Nico, with influences from more recent descendants such as Fleet Foxes, Adrianne Lenker (Big Thief), or Joanna Newsom.
The debut album “Pangs” was mixed at IJland Studio by Remko, and is due for release on January 22nd 2021 through Six Def Records.
